“The most important gift anyone can give a girl is a belief in her own power as an individual, her value without reference to gender, her respect as a person with potential.” ~Emilie Buchwold
Since the beginning of time, females have shouldered the biggest burdens, have been dealt the sorriest hands, and have lived through the toughest of times. Over half of 3rd-5th grade girls worry about their appearance and a third worry about their weight. As a result, the “Beauty, You Are” Boot Camp was created by inspirational personality, TiffanyJ, to boost self-esteem and confidence in girls ages 6-17. TiffanyJ wants to help girls polish their outer beauty to mirror their inner beauty.
TiffanyJ is a multifaceted young woman. Being an entrepreneur, graphic artist, web developer, brand creator, sneaker line designer, inspirational soul artist, praise and worship leader, and dreamer are just a few of TiffanyJ’s arenas; most importantly though, TiffanyJ is a Christian having a “personal” relationship with God!
Many, young and old, have been inspired by TiffanyJ’s testimony of overcoming depression and low self-esteem. She once HATED herself, but through building her own personal relationship with God and developing her talents, she saw her worth. She’s often reminded of a t-shirt her grandmother once bought her that stated, “I know I’m Special ’cause God don’t make no junk!” TiffanyJ’s mission is to inspire through artistic expression and to serve with motivation and Christian love.
During the 3-day motivational boot camp, girls will be challenged to step out of their comfort zone to find themselves, to learn to love themselves, and to begin to develop themselves for success later in life. There will be speakers, workshops, live performances, pampering, and lunch each day. Topics covered will include self-esteem, building confidence, the importance of being healthy, safety and self-defense, self-motivation, developing talents, and lastly, projecting inner beauty outwardly. The third day will conclude with a commencement ceremony.
Allow your young lady to be a part of this movement and life changing event. It’s TiffanyJ’s hope that each girl responds to the following with “Beauty”: “Take a look in the mirror, and tell me what you see.”
